Children’s Ministries at Immanuel Reformed Church Children at Immanuel have many opportunities to learn about God in a fun, kid-friendly environment surrounded by leaders who care for them. Our vision statement for children’s ministry is to “Reach kids, teach kids and watch them grow. Then, encourage them to share what they know.” Building connections with children is a priority and then teaching them about the love of God through a variety of methods is the focus.  It is our hope that as they listen to stories, sing songs, make crafts, play games or during other activities their relationship with Jesus Christ will grow. Sunday Activities Children preschool through 2nd grade are dismissed during worship to share in special worship geared just for them! The children will hear and experience a Bible story, engage in wonder, then have some response time. Children meet in the lobby, then are led to the Carousel (lower level) for their worship time. We have Sunday school classes for children Preschool through 5th grade. Loving, Spirit-filled teachers lead our children’s classes. We learn about Jesus, grow closer to one another, and have a lot of fun!
